[Global] Mindful at the core

Join us on a journey to experience mindfulness at the core - we will explore ways to nurture our well-being by reconnecting to ourselves with the heart, mind, body and soul. 

Awaken and activate your inner purpose and rhythm of being. 

In three 30-minute sessions weekly, we will create a safe space to connect with our past, present and future. Together, we will practice mindful motivation, elements of yoga and breathwork to open and reimagine our inner core.

We aspire to create an inclusive global mindfulness program. If you cannot afford the payment, please fill out this scholarship application form. We are inviting 5 candidates for each cohort, total 10 per month.

Note: Submit the global scholarship application form by Friday, October 18th 5pm PST. We will review the applications for November cohort and get back to you by Monday, October 28th 5pm PST.

Each contribution will allow us to continue our ikigai to be a guiding light for mindful folks around the world. Much appreciated.

Bio

Div Manickam

I am a neurodivine, mindful soul and a believer in simplicity. With the Chief Wellbeing Officer certification, I am committed to empower folks to be true, authentic selves and foster work-life harmony. 

I have lived in Libya, Saudi Arabia, India and the United States and love to travel (30+ countries, 80+ cities). San Francisco is home since 2014 and I am a foodie and explorer at heart. Mindfulness reimagined my life and I shared journey with stress and anxiety in my book - A Broken Teacup: Filling the cracks with mindfulness, essentialism and self-care.

Daniela Wild

I was born and raised in Germany and San Francisco is home since 2022. I am a 200-hour certified Vinyasa Yoga instructor, world traveler and I have a passion for bread—both enjoying it and baking it! 

I discovered Yoga during my graduate studies in Science at the “flow – yoga and more” studio in Mannheim, Germany. It not only helped me to manage stress, but it also reawakened a sense of connection with my body and a peaceful state of mind that had been missing for a long time. 

Yoga has been my safe space, my sanctuary within myself wherever I am in the world. I am grateful for the opportunity to create a space for people where they feel welcomed, more grounded, connected and at peace with themselves, others, and the world at large.
